The Stone, Chalfont St Giles

Patrick Baty has advised the owners of The Stone, in Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire on the use of paint colour in this early nineteenth century house.

I was employed to advise on the decoration of this fine early 19th century house. My company Papers and Paints has supplied much of the paint.

What kind of paint did you use?

All the paints were mixed by Papers and Paints Ltd, at 4 Park Walk, Chelsea in London.
