Boodle’s is a gentleman’s club that was founded in 1762. It has been at 28 St James’s Street since 1782.
The club-house was designed by John Crunden in 1775 and the ground floor was refurbished by John Buonarotti Papworth between 1821 and 1834.
I was asked to carry out a colour survey of the building using a portable spectrophotometer. Since then my company Papers and Paints has been supplying paint, specially mixed, to match existing colours.
